AzuraOS is designed around strict tenant isolation and user privacy. We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.
1. What We Collect
Depending on how you choose to interact with AzuraOS, we may collect:
- Basic Account Information: Email address (for Firebase authentication, session management, and tenant data isolation).
- Business & Financial Inputs: Client bookings, income streams, expenses, invoices, and J-Lens notes that you enter.
- Technical Diagnostics: Anonymized error logs and performance statistics used solely to keep the service stable and secure.
2. How Your Data Is Stored & Protected
AzuraOS provides dual storage options:
- Local Vault Mode: Stores your data strictly inside your browser's local state. No central database record is required.
- Cloud Vault Mode: Encrypts and syncs your workspace data to Google Firebase Cloud Firestore with per-user isolation security rules (`auth.uid == resource.data.userId`).
3. AI Query Processing
When you use the AI Co-Founder Strategy Engine, your query prompt is transmitted securely over HTTPS to the official Google Gemini API for real-time analysis. Prompts are processed strictly to return your strategy recommendation and are not saved into public training pools.
4. Your Data Rights & Deletion
You retain full control over your data. At any time inside the app, you can:
- Export your entire business history as structured CSV or encrypted JSON backups.
- Soft-reset or permanently purge your Cloud Vault and browser cache with a single click.
- Request full account deletion by contacting support@azuraos.app.
