14-Day No-Questions-Asked Guarantee:
Try AzuraOS first. If it's not the right fit for your workflow, you have 14 days from your initial subscription payment to request a full 100% refund. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime with no long-term lock-in.
1. Free Trial Period
Every new founder account receives an instant 3-Day Free Trial. You are not billed during your free trial period. You can test all features without risk.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within your 14-day window, simply email support@azuraos.app with your registered account email and invoice ID. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Settings > Billing & Subscription tab or the Dodo Payments Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to your Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
