1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or accessing AzuraOS ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may discontinue using the Software at any time.
2. Software License & Usage
AzuraOS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform to manage your individual or business finances, bookings, invoices, and strategy workflows.
3. Subscription Plans & Payments
AzuraOS offers a Free 3-Day Trial, a Solopreneur Starter tier, and a Sovereign Founder Pro subscription. Payments are processed securely via Dodo Payments or authorized gateways. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date inside your billing settings.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
